Nexion’s Engineering Division is staffed by a highly specialized team that produces mechanical designs of solutions and equipment for the Automotive Aftermarket.
Over time we have developed a wide range of skills and proven, versatile working methods that today allow us to follow every stage of product development in-house, from conception to CAD design, from planning to feasibility analyses, from the choice of materials to structural calculations (FEM), and from partner selection to prototype construction (rapid prototyping) and design.
We have a wide range of machines for working plastic and metal and for designing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including carpentry equipment, machines for precision machining, casting, forging, extrusion and surface heat treatment.
